Has the commuting already got you down? Do you want to try your hand at some different roommates? Join more than 700 UAFS students and LIVE ON CAMPUS! Living on campus allows you to kick-off the new semester on the right foot by living in a great community of your peers and being able to take advantage of the numerous campus resources! Living on campus also removes commuting costs and focuses on charging just one fee for housing, including internet, cable, utilities, and laundry. Your one housing cost and meal plan is then applied to your university student account and in many situations, your financial aid may help cover the cost of campus housing. The Lion's Den Residence Hall has openings!! There are also VERY limited openings at Sebastian Commons Apartments. Students are also welcome to put in an application, with $75 application fee, at any time for the spring semester for either the Lion’s Den or Sebastian Commons. Students who live on campus on average have a higher average GPA than their peers, and they are also less likely to drop out of college!
Based on when you move-in, the room and board fee will be pro-rated. The contract you sign will be for the full academic year until May, and in April you will have the opportunity to extend it through the summer and even into next year! The Housing Application, campus living requirements, and a list of prices may be found online here. Please email the Housing Office at firstname.lastname@example.org, call (479) 788-7340, or stop by the Housing Office located at Sebastian Commons Apartments with any questions.
