Out of Jail: A presentation on the necessity to reduce the incarceration rate and reform the foster care system in Arkansas

What: The UAFS chapter of the American Democracy Project (ADP), the UAFS Criminal Justice Department, and the UAFS Political Science Department will be hosting a discussion panel on the need to reduce the incarceration rate and reform the foster care system in Arkansas

The theme of presentation is: Out of Jail: Why it makes sense to keep former Arkansas prisoners out of jail and reform the foster care system

Who: Paul Chapman, CEO of Restore Hope Arkansas will discuss with UAFS students the policy making process of reducing the incarceration rate and recidivism rate, and reforming the foster care system in Arkansas
