The School of Education at the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith was the first public university in the state to go through the accreditation process of the new accrediting agency, Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP).

Season of Entertainment Jazz Concert Slated for Nov. 16
The Jazz Band and Jazz Catz at the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith will perform a fall concert of blues, contemporary pop, country and jazz at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 16 in the ArcBest Corp. Performing Arts Center, located at 55 S. 7th Street.
