Living on campus removes commuting costs and focuses on charging just one fee for housing, including a furnished room, internet, cable, utilities, and laundry. Your one housing cost and meal plan is then applied to your university student account and in many situations, your financial aid may help cover the cost of campus housing. Students who live on campus on average have a higher average GPA than their peers, and they are also less likely to drop out of college!

Campus living requirements, another link to the application, and a list of prices may be found online here. Please email the Housing Office at housing@uafs.edu, call 430-788-7340, or stop by the Housing Office located at Sebastian Commons Apartments with any questions.
