Want to Start a Student Organization? The Student Life Office Can Help!

If you are wanting to start a student organization on campus, here are the few things that you’ll need:

  • 10 New Members, with three required officers (president, vice president, and treasurer OR the equivalent to those positions)
  • a full-time UAFS employee to serve as the advisor
  • a club name/purpose of club
  • constitution/bylaws

There a plenty of different categories that your new organization can fall under. Here are some examples:

Academic, Religious, Political, Special Interest, Arts, Sports Club and many more!

We hope that you’re interested and consider creating something new for our campus! If you have any questions about starting an organization, feel free to stop by the Student Life Office located in the Campus Center across from the women’s restroom by the food court any time you’d like!

Our office hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Fridays.
