Impassioned leaders from across the River Valley joined together Monday, Jan. 18, to honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. during the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith’s annual panel discussion, which was moved to a virtual format this year due to COVID-19.

UAFS Health Students to Begin COVID Vaccinations Monday
More than 300 students attending the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith will have the option to receive the COVID-19 vaccination on Monday, January 11, thanks to a partnership between Coleman Pharmacy and the UAFS College of Health Sciences. In addition to students, Health Sciences faculty, instructors, and support staff who have not been vaccinated in regional hospitals and clinics will also be able to receive the vaccination.
