Their second year of eligibility led to an undefeated conference season along with a repeat performance in the Heartland Conference Tournament and their second consecutive appearance in the NCAA National Tournament. Jane was named Heartland Conference Coach of the Year in 2012 and coached the two-time Heartland Conference Player of the Year and one NCAA All-American.
